@noddy73 no problem at all.
I’ve added extra photos which , I hope, explain how the fire works. The times are actual tiles not plastic.
It is heavy, but the fire can be removed. Definitely two people required to move it.
Any other question please ask.

@17artane That's great,thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Am just trying to figure out if it will fit ok in the space I have. How do you access the controls for the fire,is there a remote or are there switches you can access at the side of the fireplace surround? Last question 😉 are they real tiles? That might seem a wierd question, trying to figure out weight for transporting it 😊. Thanks so much and apologies for all the questions! No need to reply til tomorrow, and thanks again for your patience

@noddy73 hi,
The complete fire measures 4ft high x 4ft wide.
The widest part is the base which measures 16inches from back to front.
The fire has 3 separate switches two for controlling the heat you require and Ono for just lighting up the background for effect.
I hope this information helps you, any further questions please ask

@17Artane: Hi, do you have the measurements please? Also, is there a separate heat function,so that you can have the flame effect with or without heating? Thanks 😊
