【Pattern, Shape, and Aesthetics】
The camera features a classic, rectangular rangefinder silhouette with rounded ends, inspired by the legendary Leica design. The top and bottom plates are finished in a brushed satin chrome, while the body is wrapped in a textured black vulcanite-style grip that offers a wonderful tactile experience. The standout feature is the Industar-22 50mm f/3.5 lens, which is "collapsible"—it slides into the body when not in use, making the camera incredibly slim and portable.

Manufactured at the KMZ (Krasnogorsk Mechanical Plant) near Moscow. It is built entirely of high-grade aluminum and brass, designed to last a lifetime. Unlike the standard Zorki-1, this "S" model includes a flash synchronization port, making it a more advanced evolution of the original rangefinder design.

Every camera is professionally maintained! What we do:
1) Completely disassembled (see photo);
2) Important internal parts are washed in an ultrasonic bath with our special product;
3) The old glue is removed from the curtain drums and the curtains are re-glued with new glue if they are okay;
4) Holed and defective curtains with holes or even hardened areas are completely replaced with new ones;
5) The glass parts of the viewfinder are washed; defective optical parts are replaced;
6) The entire interior of the camera is cleaned of sand, dust, fungus, insect debris, etc;
7) All mechanisms are carefully reassembled;
Lubricated with new special high quality lubricants;
9) Endless focus is checked with a special device;
10) The self-timer is checked and if necessary replaced by a working one;
11) The rangefinder is carefully calibrated with two reference points.
