Rollei 35 S 35mm film camera

For sale is a compact 35mm film camera. Pocketable and fantastic lens that creates incredible photos. I have included some sample photos I took with it on coloour and b&w film on a trip to China.

The Rollei 35S is a legendary, ultra-compact 35mm film camera equipped with a razor-sharp 40mm f/2.8 Carl Zeiss Sonnar lens.

Pristine Optics: Features a legendary collapsing 40mm f/2.8 Sonnar HFT lens known for high contrast and sharpness.

Ultra-Compact Size: One of the smallest full-frame mechanical film cameras ever built, making it ideal for travel and street photography.

Full Mechanical Control: Operates completely mechanically for shutter speeds and aperture; a battery is only needed for the built-in CdS light meter.

Scale Focusing: Uses manual distance estimation instead of an internal rangefinder or autofocus.

Excellent Condition with very small dents on two of the corners, which I've shown in the pictures. Bottom plate and battery compartment are clean.

Lens Condition: Clean, free of fungus, scratches, or haze. Lens collapses and locks smoothly.

Mechanics: Mechanical shutter fires accurately at all speeds, the aperture and shutter dials turn smoothly, and the film advance works.

Exposure meter is not tested as the batteries required are hard to find and I prefer to estimate exposure or use a meter app on my phone.
