These are the Bloomsbury Deluxe UK Edition Harry Potter Books. The Deathly Hallows book is a first edition, first printing.

Two of these books were signed by JK Rowling at an event in Ireland where I was working in an official capacity. I will provide proof to anyone making a serious offer. I am also happy for them to be sent for professional authentication.

The Chamber of Secrets and The Deathly Hallows (which is a 1st edition, 1st printing) are the two books that were signed.

These are the holy grail for every serious Harry Potter fan.

@JackReynolds I am far from an expert but from talking to people who are, I get the following sense. Having them signed and being able to prove that they're real is the main value.

Having a 1st Edition, 1st print is not nearly as valuable as signed but it is better the earlier the books are (which is good news for you). So the fact that your first few books are first editions, is good.

Message me if you ever want to combine forces and create a single 1st edition, 1st printing collection.

Thanks for the info. I have the first 3 books as first edition, first print and the rest first editions (no print numbers for Goblet of Fire onward, just editions) so I was intrigued on the value. I may go get mine valued too, cheers!

To be honest with you, I didn't particularly know the value when uploading them to Adverts, so I thought it best to overshoot. I'm now more flexible on the price. But I do have a very decent offer already from the main authenticator in the UK.
