The Ghosts of Rome is a historical fiction novel by Joseph O'Connor, set during World War II, focusing on the clandestine efforts of a group known as The Choir to smuggle refugees out of Nazi-occupied Rome.

The narrative intensifies when a mysterious parachutist lands in Rome, threatening the safety of the entire operation.
