All my honey was harvested and jarred in August, straight from this year’s harvest.

Straight from the hive to the extractor to the jar.

No sugar feeding, no heating, no processing and absolutely nothing added.

No storing honey in 15kg or 20kg buckets, ready to be heated and liquefied throughout the year.

My honey is jarred fresh after extraction and left to crystallise naturally, just as nature intended.

That’s why my honey is now thick and creamy rather than clear and runny.

What comes out of the hive is what goes into the jar. Nothing more, nothing less.
