Retrofit Labs HID kit.
Upgrades the terrible OEM Passat lighting to that of modern cars. This kit Passes the NCT unlike cheap HID kits.
The headlights will need to be split again and resealed as they are leaking, hence the cheap price.
This kit is 320e from retrofit Labs and then second hand headlights go for 60-80
