Came from my 2013 CX-5, it is the original one. found it during garage clearout has beeen sitting there for a while.
Everyrhing seems to be working open/fold, mirror adjustment, heating, indicator.

Back cover plastic is brand new and needs to be painted to car color, or you can buy the back plastic separatelly and use it with the mirror.
