@32mate Exactly. (And no problem re questions!). As the terrain changes in the app then the resistance changes automatically on the bike. It’s the same for workouts in those apps and others.

Again (sorry for sounding clueless) so the bike logs into the Zwift or Rouvy app and you do a work out or race. The bike automatically adjusts resistance to respond to the work out intensity or games terain.

It doesn’t come with a monitor, just a digital display with stats etc. It does connect to fitness apps for training plans and sessions etc. The ‘smart bike’ bit means you can connect it to apps like Rouvy and Zwift. I’ve used it with both these apps, and they can be downloaded on mobile, tablet, computer, or Apple TV. The bike connects to the app and you can complete rides or races with them.
