You should have said that in your original question, you asked for a gear linkage. That gearbox in the photo is from a 500 from the early 60's to the mid 1970's.
I can get new cables if you wish, I'd need a chassis number to be certain, but roughly they cost €200

What car do you have, there were never any cables on 500 or 126 models.... do you mean a Cinquecento ? It had one cable and a rod

There are no cables, it's just a straight rod, joined to the gearbox by a rubber/metal pad, and a cup/balljoint at the lever end.
