Ring size is i (15.1mm) so it's quite a small ring for a petite hand
Sapphire is .6 ct, is NOT heat treated, so it's totally natural, these are apparently the most sought after sapphires
Two tiny diamond either side of the main stone
It cost me €1300 euro last summer.
