Antique 1940s 1.1ct Diamond Solitaire - Platinum

For sale is a stunning diamond solitaire ring dating from around the 1940/50s.

The ring is set with a large 1.1ct old cut diamond, set in an 8 claw, illusion setting and raised above a very simple platinum band with curved leaf shoulders.

The ring is very simple in design and the diamond sits high and proud above the illusion setting.

The diamond is beautiful quality with no visible inclusions at all and a lovely white colour. It absolutely dazzles.

This is an old cut diamond and totally unique. the entire ring is made of platinum and is fully hallmarked.

The finger size is a P and can easily be re-sized up or down to suit any finger.

A fabulous and very simple diamond solitaire with a lovely whopper of a stone which dazzles and set entirely in platinum!!
