Vintage Fernandes FST-70 "Stone Logo" 70's stratocaster style electric guitar - Made in Japan

Here we have a rare and collectible Fernandes Stone logo strat.

It dates from late 1970s to early 1980s - stone logo.

It is in very good,original & clean condition for it's age with the odd scratch and mark consistent for the year.

These Fernandes "Stone logo" guitars were built by Tokai between 1978 and 1981 and are the same guitar as the late 70s / early 80s Tokai Springy Sound and Silver Star series (the ones with a "7okai" logo) - famously used by John Mayer,see photo.

Other famous Fernandes users include Billie Joe Armstrong and James Hettfield / Kirk Hammett.

These are now scarce in original condition.

This is as good as an American made 70's stratocaster but less than half the price,
