Suhr Modern Custom

For sale is my Suhr Modern Custom, built at the Suhr Custom Shop in California to Guthrie Govan specifications and accompanied by the original factory build sheet.

This is not an official Guthrie Govan Signature model, but a factory custom order sharing the same core specification, including the woods, electronics, wiring and recessed Gotoh 510 tremolo, with the addition of a stunning 3A Roasted Birdseye Maple neck and fingerboard and finished in Candy Orange Metallic.

The guitar is completely original and has never been modified.

Condition

The guitar has been exceptionally well cared for and remains in excellent condition.

Cosmetically there are only two very minor imperfections:

One tiny superficial ding near the tremolo (finish intact, no chipped paint).
One small lacquer check at the neck pocket. This is finish only and is a common cosmetic occurrence on many high-end bolt-on guitars. It is not structural and has no effect on stability or playability.
Both have been photographed in detail.

Apart from these, the guitar is exceptionally clean, with virtually no fret wear, no buckle rash and no other dents or scratches.

Everything functions exactly as it should.

The guitar plays effortlessly, stays perfectly in tune and delivers everything from pristine cleans to articulate high-gain tones.

It has been a treasured instrument and has never been gigged extensively or abused.
