Ibanez JSM100 (AS200) John Scofield 'Gibson 335'
Putting this one up again with a big price drop. This is a 2007 JSM100 Made in Japan (Fujigen). John Scofield signature guitar, based on his early 80s AS200. Not to be confused with the cheaper JSM10 made in China (also a great guitar incidentally). These are not that common but are without doubt the best '335' money can buy in my opinion and I have owned many 335s. Specs are here: https://www.ibanez.com/na/products/detail/jsm100_00_09.html
Musicstore professional in Germany have these up for €2555 at the moment:

Andertons have them up at £2249. https://www.andertons.co.uk/ibanez-jsm100-john-scofield-guitar-in-vintage-sunburst/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=surfaces&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20736322037&gbraid=0AAAAADujoUpIrtM_E808EANSua7g5PAXd&gclid=CjwKCAiA_dDIBhB6EiwAvzc1cL_MU-lbie05Yl1jU99t1HHSBiuZJo71EjKCVomr2Q6NBeMn5xJ2ihoCQ9AQAvD_BwE
The guitar is in near mint condition with just a little tarnishing of the gold hardware. There are no dents, bucklerash or marks anywhere. Plays really well with a dead straight neck, a low buzz-free action (set up with 11s – came to me with 13s – which is what these ship with) and is a superb instrument – it’ll handle any sort of music. Weighs in or around 9 lbs. The neck in particular is just amazing – a compound radius ebony fretboard – miles ahead of any Gibson I have ever owned. Pickups are the renowned ‘Super ‘58s’ – Ibanez' take on the Gibson PAF – very sweet). The guitar comes in its original Ibanez case, also in excellent condition and includes the original J-craft tool kit (allen keys for adjustment).
Just a top drawer 335 (or, given the appointments on this, more like a 355) and I really will be sorry to see this one go. Not interested in any trades, thanks.
