GDR Built Musima Lead Star
Early 1980s Musima Lead Star (GDR-made Strat Copy)
Rare find from behind the Iron Curtain! This Musima Lead Star was built in East Germany in the early ’80s, back when players there couldn’t get American Fenders. Designed to replicate a 1950s Stratocaster, it nails the vintage vibe with solid craftsmanship and surprisingly sweet tone.
This one’s an early production model with no headstock logo, just pure old-school character.
The aged sunburst finish and finish cracked maple fretboard give it that classic look, and it plays great for its age.
Perfect for collectors or anyone into vintage oddballs with real history.
