Fender Player Jaguar with Upgraded Pickups

Beautiful Fender Player Jaguar in sunburst. I’ve owned it for a couple of years, looked after it well and it has never been gigged. Overall it’s in excellent condition and is a really cool-looking guitar, particularly with the black pickguard and matching black upgraded pickups.

The original pickups were professionally replaced by Someneck Guitars with a considerably more expensive set. It was quite some time ago and I’m currently trying to confirm the exact make/model, but from memory the pickup upgrade/installation was in the €300–400 region. I’ve priced the guitar slightly on the higher side until I can verify exactly what’s installed. I’m happy to provide a video demonstrating the pickups/sound and will update the ad once I have the exact details.

There is currently a MIDI pickup fitted near the bridge. This is not included in the sale and will be removed beforehand, as I’m selling it separately.

Two minor cosmetic points to mention: the small plastic cap from the pickup-selector toggle is missing — an inexpensive/easy replacement. The guitar also took one fall and has a small chip towards the rear/back of the body, shown in the photos. Thankfully its position means it’s barely noticeable when looking at or playing the guitar.

Otherwise it’s in great shape. It could do with a light clean from sitting around, but everything presents very nicely and it’s a lovely Jaguar with some potentially very nice pickup upgrades.
