Fender guitar neck-plate with stamped serial number, early 1970's.
This was made before 1976, the year Fender moved the serial numbers to the headstock. so this dates to between 1971 and 1975.
Rare as hen's teeth, this is in very good condition with some use marks.
This has been in my possession since at least 1980, and was taken from a guitar that had been converted to the 4-bolt system.
Restoring an old guitar? This is just the job.
