Columbus Les Paul 1970's lawsuit-era with gigbag
This is a 1970's Columbus-branded Les Paul copy.
This was manufactured by Hoshino Gakki Gen, the company that Gibson actually filed the infamous lawsuit against.
This is a nice guitar from the golden era of the best Japanese copies. It sounds and plays well, and has a nice feel to it.
It has the Gibson "open book" headstock which identifies it having been made before the lawsuit, so most likely early 1970's.
Has just had a fresh pro setup and has new strings fitted.
