Nice example of an iconic 70's classic built by Tokai Gakki in the 80's for the Japanese Market only. This Strat is from the golden era of Japanese guitars and built to the same high quality of the Springys & Goldstars of the era. Unlike many Fenders of the 1970s, Tokai managed to make the 3 bolt neck joint work very well due to their high engineering standards & quality control. If a cbs era Strat appeals to you , some would contend that you may be better off with a Silver Star - it will be a lot more affordable, & it's even likely to be better built.

Condition : in overall good original vintage condition. Typical age related wear to the finish with various nicks n scrapes on the body and finish wear to the neck but no breaks or repairs and plenty of life left in the original frets. An Extra hole was added at some point to the pickguard and a String tree and back plate has been removed.
