It's been used for 1 year. It was exchanged for a faulty bike so we have the record of that exchange (the electric bike store)
It's only used for short distances over the course of a week (approx 15km per week) and that's done on one charge. Couldn't give the range as it's not been used for long distances.
We have 2 keys (battery pack keys, if that's what you mean)
No mechanical issues.
