New derailer (Included with bike) (no cost on this)
Rear motor cable ( research done they don’t sell these separate but EZbikes.ie specifically advertises motor cable/replacement repair for Fiido m1pro

The battery is showing a full charge no issues with the battery alone is worth it’s value

The motor is working fine.

All in for all the new parts and the service for for the rear motor cable replacement comes to €271

Maybe someone could do it for cheaper that knows better websites or has spare parts great project for a bike enthusiast and someone looking to kill some time on a hobby of theirs
