Electric bike ,don't know what is wrong with it , it would be one of the first electric bikes that came out,there is also a throttle on it but doesn't work either, so it is a good few years old ,open to reasonable offers , would be a nice project for someone to work on, or someone that knows how to get it running again, battery and charger included.
