Veloci electric ebike (No power)

Selling this Veloci ebike in good condition BUT all power went whilst cycling it a few weeks ago. The battery seems fine but truthfully I don't know what the issue is.
Someone who is good with repairs may be able to fix whatever the issue is and sell it on. It may be for parts.
