Go for a long trading cycle to build or maintain fitness. The bike responds immediately to increased effort hand cadence. It moves smartly up to 25KPH and after that, it's up to the individual rider.
As to how far and how fast they go.

There are three levels of power assistance available to the rider from a switch on the handlebar plus a boost mode which gives 10 seconds of an extra boost.

When paired with the battery app, you can record distance travels, speed and cadence what are also advising you of the remaining power in the battery. The battery itself is removable. I can't be charged away from the bike
Alright. Can I also be charged by the remaining on the bike? The choice is up to the individual.
