Five-string bass from boutique supplier Status.


Status basses are known and loved especially by bass virtuoso Mark King from "Level 42".


Made in England, built 1996


Ash body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard and 24 frets plus zero fret.


Visually interesting and practical here are the "3D" fret markers.


Upgraded by Rob Green in Status UK to the newer Status Series board 200 (9v) active circuitry, which gives the same circuitry as the newer Status Stealth range, and is tonally exceptional. Compared to the standard Energy basses this bass excels


Controls :- Master Vol, Pickup balance, Treble cut/boost, Bass cut/boost, 3 position mid freq selector.

Bass is in impeccable condition with very little wear, one small mark on neck as shown in photo but that’s it, for a bass that’s nearly 30 years old, it’s pristine, all electronics are working perfectly and super silent,

The action on the neck is super smooth with low action.
