Squier Bass VI (Please read description)

I know you can buy these brand new for €450 on Thomann but please be aware that these basses are notorious for having issues and cheap hardware.

I've explained the modifications I've completed below. Selling as I'm emigrating in the summer.

1. This is a limited edition version I ordered from Andertons a couple of years ago so these Purple versions with a matching headstock are rare to come by.

2. The Intonation and Tuning on the low E string is an issue most complained about by Bass VI players. I've installed new Gotoh vintage tuners as well as Fender Super 250 .100 strings which nips these issues in the bud.

3. The Bridge and Tremolo arm also feel very cheap. There was quite a lot or rattling coming from it and felt like it would snap at some point. I've installed a brand new fender jaguar style bridge and tremolo arm which has made it more sturdy and provides more sustain in the bends.

4. The Bass VI comes with the Ernie ball strap and gig case shown in the pictures.
