Ibanez Sr800le 1990 Mij

Fujigen made SR800LE from 1990 in rare Jewel Blue, as used by as used by Tony Choy and Roger Patterson, among others, for all you people with taste out there ;)

Great condition for a vintage 36 year old bass, though there are, of course, a few scrapes here and there. Please see pics, taken today, for condition. Everything works as it should, neck is straight with a 38mm nut, frets are in great shape, action is low and it's a very comfortable 3kg on the bathroom scales, combined with the legendary Soundgear ergonomics.

Quality Gotoh hardware, particularly the omni-adjust bridge, original pickups and electronics have been replaced at no small cost by EMG P + J and the excellent BTS Control system. Controls are vol, blend, bass +- and treble +- along with the switching options on the BTS board in the back. The necks on the old SRs are not as thin front-to-back as the newer ones and, in my opinion, far more comfortable for it.
