Motor was changed to brand-new within the last few k km's.
Front puncture proof wheel, Rear has brand new normal tyre.
For Spares or Repair. The battery might be dead, was working fine up until it just stopped turning on.
You can still charge it but still doesn't turn on. Was talking to owner of Lifty (where it was bought & maintained) & he said from his experience its more than likely the battery needs to be changed on it.
Comes with manual & charger.
