@christmas2012: seems to be too unknown as they are not here yet. Its either scooter or moped, but this is a e-scooter moped, chargeable and capped at 25k per hour

@christmas2012: I've tried. The garda said to my dad, well were not really concerned about 60 year olds on a bike... I said we'll that doesnt answer the question, whats the law. Its not one law for one person and another for a 60 year old 😂

@christmas2012: two years ago when I came back from China they were. Now I couldn't tell you with so many changes. But it is physically same as an scooter only has seat.... same kw, battery etc
