Husband and wife team Dr. Cathy and Dr. Ed Costello, own and run a clinic in the Haddington Road area of Dublin. Their patients are like the area, a mixed bag. Cathy specialises in drawing business from the corporate sector while Ed concentrates on looking after the medical cardholders living in the poorer parts of town. In a practice where the healers often need healing more than their patients, Dan Woodhouse is the attractive resident Plastic Surgeon who has an addiction to both drugs and women. Keelin Geraghty, the Physiotherapist has had a one-night stand with a married man she cannot forget and the efficient receptionist, Fiona lusts after her boss in an increasingly worrying manner. As tensions run high amongst the staff, can Cathy and Ed's marriage survive the contentious running of the Clinic and the people they employ?
