Chuck, a karate promoter, is shot and wounded by hoodlums when he goes to uncover the mob behind a spate of fight-fixing. He survives the attack but when his friend Ralph discovers what is going on the pair call in some 'help' from two bottom-kicking hard-men friends - Mr J and Mr Cal - the most lethal 'cats' around town.
