@Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz: Hi, yes top and bottom are the same. I'm sure ant floor tom will fit...its 18 inch wide. Another tom can fit on top I'm sure. The top can be risen a few more inches if need be. Hope i explained that right.
