@HighFlyer50: Hi sorry I am only seeing your questions now, yes the dress can be dry cleaned, the hat is disc shaped with a hairband to attach to your head, and yes if you want to look at the dress beforehand that's no problem. My mum wore silver shoes and a silver bag with this dress which went well.
