@Jewlia hi Jewlia, as an approximate guess id say it would best suit maybe uk12 for a comfortable fit , the top part measures 21in across pit to pit with slight batwing style sleeve and the waist at it's smallest is 14in across (18in fully stretched,as it's elasticated)....

As with all vintage clothing size tags can vary so best to work off measurement above.

Mannequin is UK 8 to 10 for reference
