We are offering two brand new lift & slide doors.
They are ideal for a new-build project or someone who is looking to increase the size of an existing opening in their home.

The spec is as follows:
Two Aluminium SAPA C160S Lift & Slide Doors
Triple Glazed Clear Toughened A-Rated Glass
Colour is RAL 7016 (Anthracite Grey)
Brushed stainless steel handles
Can be installed to allow a flush-with-floor threshold.
The overall size of each door is 3030mm wide x 2190mm high.
Handing can be sliding left to right or right to left.

The doors can be sold individually for €3,500 each or together for €6,800. These doors would normally retail close to €7,000 each.

Nationwide delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.

We can provide details of an installer if required.

Hi Brian, thanks for enquiry. Those doors are actually sold since the weekend but I have 2 others coming up this week. They are the same profile and same colour. They are wider 3280 wide x 2190 high. These are double glazed but only €3,400 each.
To answer your questions:
They are brand new doors, never installed, haven't left our factory. Not even manufactured yet. The reason for this sale is because the customer changed their mind on the colour since the material was ordered. Again, all material, hardware, components and glass is new.
That opening to your would be fine as long as the gap is higher than 2200mm. The frame would come in one piece ready for the glass to be installed after installation.
You are more than welcome to come visit our factory to see other doors of a similar size. We wont be fabricating this particular door until the door is sold.

Hi,
Interested in the SAPA C160S lift & slide door. I'm building a small garden office in Co. Kilkenny and the spec sounds like a good match. Before I commit, could you answer a few quick questions?

Is the door still available?
Roughly how old is it, and was it ever installed? If yes, when and where?
What's included in the price — both panels (fixed + sliding), all hardware (rollers, lift gear, multi-point lock, handles, keys), the bottom track, and the flush threshold component?
Any visible damage to the frame, gaskets, or glazing?
Have you noticed any misting or condensation between the panes? (a sign of failed glazing seals)
The door would need to come through a 1.0 m gate at the side passage at my place — is it being sold as components / panels separately, or pre-assembled?
