1. can be used for both left and right.
2. They are new in packaging.
3. Yes, there are various types of handles with or without key, these are without as personally didn't want ones with key.
4. The metal rod seems not removable (without forcing or dismounting the mechanism) the measurements are 42.5mm long, 7x7mm in square

Hi again... Thanks for response..... Apologies in advance for all the questions!
Just from the pics. you’ve provided; the spindle(bar) and screws look very long (whereas mine are very short)... can the metal bar (spindle) be removed or replaced with mine? The distance for the screw holes are correct for mine so thats good! I’m surprised there’s no key (as most if not all replacement have a key/locking mechanism).... how old are these?
Also, are these generic so they will fit any ordinary upvc windows? .... Many thanks for your patience

Hi... can you tell me the distance between 2 screw holes (centre to centre) plse... as I m replacing some stiff and jammed window handles and need to be sure they fit into the existing slot... the spindle(bar) and screws look very long!!
Will these fit any ordinary upvc windows? Is the price negotialble? .... Many thanks
