Here it is: the first Barbie doll with Down syndrome! This doll developed Barbie together with the National Down Syndrome Society.

The doll shows symbols that are meaningful for people with Down syndrome, e.g. butterflies. The blue and yellow shades have also been deliberately chosen to draw attention to Down syndrome as typical colours.

The pink necklace shows three arrows for the third 21st chromosome that only people with Down syndrome possess. The arrows point outward to symbolize that even people with Down syndrome can develop and develop in this world.

The pink orthotics of the Barbie doll fit perfectly with the outfit and support her while running. The white trainers have zips to make them easier to put on and take off.

The doll has blonde hair and wears a floral dress with puff sleeves. This Barbie doll with a versatile and stylish look is ready for all adventures!
