I just measured the inside of the Buggy and it is 55cm long x 35cm wide.
My dog was 7kg so fitted really easily in the Buggy. I'm just not sure what size your small labrador is. The specifications say up to 15kg.
Also are you planning to push the buggy across sand? I'm not sure that would work.
