@NSophia yes it has adjustable straps on both sides for both the chest and the neck. I don’t know if it changes it a whole size but there’s plenty of length to shorten/lengthen so does make a big difference

Can this be adjusted smaller ? To a large size dog as in Straps to make the harness smaller it will just be for car usage.
