DIY Mobile Sauna Project - Fully Insulated with Stove & Rocks

Selling a DIY mobile sauna project, almost complete and ready for the final touch. I’ve built the core structure and tested the heat—it gets up to temperature perfectly and holds it well.

Specs & Materials:

Size: approx. 102cm wide (fits on a standard 4ft trailer for easy transport).

Insulation: Premium 75mm Kingspan PIR insulation (sides/roof).

Structure: OSB 3 11mm panels with black weather-wrap.

Heater: Wood-burning stove with custom rock basket and sauna stones included.

Finish Required:

Needs exterior cladding (e.g., corrugated metal or timber) and interior wood lining.

The chimney currently passes through the OSB; the buyer will need to install a proper heat-proof thimble or twin-wall section for long-term safety.

Great head start for a garden sauna or a mobile sauna for sea swimming. Much of the expensive material cost is already covered!
