Have you had that diagnosed by an appliance repair person as there is many reasons why a dishwasher can stop heating, for example cracked wires, faulty stat, faulty pcb board, faulty air break and turbine etc.
It was a very simple question I asked it’s fine if it is the heating element that is faulty but if it’s pcb then machine wouldn’t be viable to fix. Selling that on pretence of an element then would be incorrect information for a buyer. That’s why I asked the question I asked.
