Rare Mid 1960s G Plan Rectangular Teak Dining Table & 6no Dining Chairs

Mid 1960’s G Plan rectangular teak table and 6no dining chairs in vintage condition.

The lovely dining table is a simplified version of a model designed by Ib Kofod Larsen for the G Plan Danish range designed in 1962 . The shape and extension leaf design is identical , but this one has a solid apron rather than the pierced open one by Kofod Larsen so will date to around 1966/67.

The regular dimensions are:
Width: 152cm
Height: 73cm
Depth: 89cm

The table can be extended with two extensions to 197 cm and 244 cm. Extensions are stored inside the dining table

CONDITION
There are no obvious marks or scratches to the main top or the to the leaves , and there is no real difference in colour due to unequal sun fading . As with all vintage furniture you have to expect some minor signs of wear after over 50 years of use , but it is in amazingly good condition.

6no Brasilia Teak Dining Chairs. The frames are in lovely condition. They would benefit from a light cleaning. The upholstered fabric is original and worn. I could arrange to have all 6no seats reupholstered for an additional cost.
