Condition:
Table: Structurally 100% solid and heavy. The glass top is in good condition with normal light surface marks. Please note: as is standard with extendable tables, there is a natural shade variation between the two halves. The standard tabletop has mellowed naturally from light exposure, while the protected extension piece underneath remains a darker wood tone.

Chairs: The wooden frames are solid and sturdy, but the cream fabric upholstery is well-worn and has cat scratch damage at the top. They are perfectly functional but would benefit from standard stretch-fit chair covers.
