Sigma DP2 Merrill

For sale a rare Sigma DP2 Merrill, a legendary camera cherished by connoisseurs. This used camera is in good condition and fully functional.

Enthusiasts will recognise its reputation, but for others, extensive information is available online. In brief, it features a Foveon sensor renowned for exceptional sharpness and colour fidelity, especially in monochrome. The camera boasts an APS-C sensor paired with a fixed 24mm focal length, equivalent to 40mm in full-frame terms. This makes it compact and lightweight, ideal for travel and street photography. Its manual "prefocus" feature, accessible via the command dial, enhances its usability. It compares well with models like the Ricoh GR, Nikon Coolpix A, and Fuji X100.

Included are the original box, lens cap, charger, and two original batteries.
