Nikon Coolpix L830 for repair

The camera does not turn on.
It has not been used in years.
When it was last used it was working.
I have tried new batteries.
There were inserted correctly.
Other than not turning on the camera is an excellent condition.
When posting the item will be bubble wrapped.
Then inserted into a box surrounded by paper to stop it moving.
