@Jackobyte the motor extends the lens but then a message appears on the back of the camera that says turn camera on then off ...no manual focus as this message stays on the screen, unfortunately

Can you describe more about what’s happening with the 27mm focus? Does this motor problem make it purely a manual focus lens or does it regularly succeed in focusing with only the odd hiccup?
