Vintage 1950s Emerald & Diamond Ring - 18ct White Gold
For sale is a very special emerald and diamond ring dating from around the 140/50s.
The ring is made in the art deco style but dates to around the 40/50s and is simply stunning quality. The ring is set with a square cut emerald which is certainly Columbian in origin and spectacular quality and one of the cleanest emerald you will see. It has a vivid green colour and excellent clarity.
The emerald is surround on either side with a row of 4 round brilliant cut diamonds and on the top and bottom with four baguette cut diamonds.
The design is stunning and very art deco.
The ring is inscribed inside the band with the carat weight of the stones. The emerald weighing 0.63ct and the diamonds 1.21ct
The ring is fully hallmarked 18ct white gold and platinum and a makers mark which unfortunately I can't quite make out but this is a stunning quality emerald ring.
The finger size is a P 1/2 and can easily be re-sized up or down.
