I understand your point, but you can't expect strangers to trust stranger s that is just the way life is , you just want to sell i understand but then there is no security for the buyer, I think you should think about your selling approach and there are to many ways you can meet people in a safe and secure environment and if jot the validate the ring

I understand you know its real but to everybody eles you are a stranger, to me you are a stranger i love this ring but it would be a stupid mistake on me behalf to send 1000 euro without poof or veiwing the ring I think becuse of these 2 condition you will struggle to sell your items becuse it alot of money to trust a stranger with out any poof ,
I would recommend of you dobt have papper to meet the buyer at a jewelry to poof the ring is real and they do it for fee if you was willing to do that I would make an offer if not I think you will struggle with sales
