Art Deco Sapphire & Diamond Ring - Platinum

For sale is this lovely sapphire and diamond cluster ring dating from around the 1920s

The ring is set with an emerald cut sapphire, weighing approx 4ct and held in a collet setting and surrounded by 18 tiny old cut diamonds, each collet set with miligrain settings.

The sapphire is a very dark, inky blue colour and offsets perfectly against the white diamonds. The sapphire has very light rubbing to some facet edges but only seen under magnification. The ring is is great condition.

The diamonds are nice and small and designed to highlight the beautiful sapphire. The diamonds total approx. 0.6ct

The ring is fully hallmarked for platinum and the finger size is a size O (US 7 1/4) and can easily be re-sized up or down to any size.
